• Workshops and events are non-refundable unless canceled by the company.

• Prepaid packages may be refunded at management discretion minus completed sessions.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. We offer the following flexibility for rescheduling:

• All rescheduled sessions are subject to tutor availability. If rescheduling is not possible despite proper notice, a 75% credit will be applied toward a future session.

• A $20 rescheduling fee applies to any session rescheduled after session dates have been confirmed through invoice payment.

• No-call/no-show sessions are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

• If cancellation notice is given less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, 75% of the session cost is reimbursed. Three same-day cancellation reimbursements are honored in a 90-day window.  

• Missed sessions without proper notice will not be refunded or rescheduled

• Refunds for prepaid tutoring packages follow our refund policy (see separate document or request a copy).
